Fruitful discussion in SIG Community Building session in ICCE2015

We have had lively and fruitful discussion about important issues concerning the SIG: increasing awareness of LA in APSCE, making LA more explicit in ICCE, etc. Prof. Ulrich Hoppe has shared many important insights and visions for LA in APSCE.
