The SIG organized a one-and-a-half-hour panel session “Innovative Programs and National Policy of ICT in Education in the Asia-Pacific Region: Looking Back and Moving Forward” in the 22nd International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE 2014) on December 3, 2014. The SIG consisted of panel presentations by ten academics from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India; as well as an open discussion with around 50 participants for exchanging insights into the experiences and the implications of innovative programs and national policy of ICT in education in K-12 and tertiary education sectors.
