The 27th International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE 2019) is organized by the Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE). ICCE 2019 will be held at the HOWARD BEACH RESORT KENTING, Kenting, Taiwan, from December 2nd to 6th, 2019 (Monday to Friday). Pre-conference events (e.g., DSC, workshops, and tutorials) will be conducted on the first two days. The main conference will begin on December 4th, 2019.
Accepted papers in the main conference, workshops, Early Career Workshop, Doctoral Student Consortia and Work-in-Progress Posters will be published in proceedings, which will be submitted to Elsevier for inclusion in Scopus. Proceedings of the main conference (excluding posters) will also be submitted to Thomson Reuters for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

As the underpinning technological capability to support and drive the flow of critical information, intelligent computing has led the way to the era of smart education, learning, and life. With such capabilities, sustainable and growing big data linking all forms of social networks, sensors, and devices can generate analytics for learning, economics, and social activities. Therefore, convergent education becomes possible where learning resources of all subject fields are integrated into one. Learners construct knowledge networks and social networks of their own which further interconnect with each other and build up as a whole intellectual universe. It is the consequential form that follows digital learning, mobile learning, and ubiquitous learning.
