The ICCE 2020 standing committee
Dear APSCE members and researchers,
The Standing Committee of ICCE 2020 is glad to announce the Best Reviewer Award for providing quality reviews.
The selection was based on the nomination from the subconference chairs from the main conference program, which was vet by the standing committee.
The academic quality of the ICCE program largely depends on the rigor and constructiveness of the reviewers’ comments. The following reviewers provided quality reviews that greatly helped the authors in improving their paper, and inspire them in advancing their research in the future.
The awardees will receive a certificate at the ceremony of the conference.
Congratulations!

Dear APSCE members and researchers,
In 2007 the Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE) established a financial aid and scholarship program to assist in ‘fostering and sustaining a vibrant community of young researchers within the region’ (one of the Society’s goals). The program provides awards to potential young leaders among the student community, who have no adequate funding to attend ICCE2020. Important information on qualifications, documentation, selection criteria, notification and submission deadline are listed here: Scholarship
The ICCE 2020 standing committee
Dear APSCE members and researchers,
The 28th International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE 2020) is organized by the Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE). ICCE 2020 will be held as a virtual conference on 23-27 November 2020.
The following program components are still open for paper/proposal submissions. Accepted papers in these components will be published in proceedings, which will be submitted to Elsevier for inclusion in Scopus.
With ICCE’20 turning virtual, our registration fee is considerably reduced: https://icce2020.apsce.net/registration/
That opens up opportunities particularly for keen authors and participants who had however been financially challenging previously to be able to join our conference. Thus, we are particularly welcoming participants from emerging economies to submit their papers.

Dear APSCE members and researchers,
These are unprecedented times, and we do hope you are all keeping safe. Our sympathy goes out to all those affected by COVID-19 across the world.
The ICCE2020 standing committee and the APSCE Executive committee have considered the current situation, including the travel bans in many countries. We have therefore decided to have ICCE 2020 as a fully virtual conference at the original dates, from 23rd to 27th of November. The proceedings of the conference will be published online and indexed the same way as previous conferences.
The exact format and schedule will be announced in due course. The registration fee for the conference will be significantly lower than in the case of a face-to-face conference. We will publish the details soon.
Meanwhile, please consider submitting your work to the conference. And please get in touch with us if you have any questions.
