Shuttle services will be arranged for participants to be transported between the conference venue and The Linden Suites and Richmonde Hotel Ortigas.
Since Ace Hotel and Suites is a 4-minute walk from the conference venue, participants staying at this hotel may be accompanied by conference staff in making their way to the venue. Assembly for the walking group at the Ace Hotel and Suites Lobby every morning is at 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM.
The venue is approximately 1.5 km from Linden Suites and 1 km from Richmonde Ortigas. Because of the traffic in the area on weekday mornings, the bus ride may take approximately 30 minutes. If you miss the bus or run out of seats, you may consider walking. The area is a business and shopping district and is generally safe for men and women. For additional safety, you may want to walk in groups.
